Dialogues Associate, Dalhousie: The section teams of the fund surrender campaign for the construction of Shri Ram temple in Ayodhya are getting full support. Children have also started contributing by breaking their piggy bank.

In Banikhet, Aarav Sekhari, grandson of late Ravi Sekhari, former BJP general secretary and spokesperson, has contributed a thousand rupees for the construction of the temple from the savings made in his bank.

Ravi Sekhari’s wife Anjana Sekhari has also contributed Rs 1100 on behalf of her family. Anjana said that her family belongs to the Sangh Parivar and the family has been associated with temple building activities since the beginning. In such a situation, his family is considering himself fortunate by making a small contribution towards the construction of Shri Ram temple.

He said that when the family decided to surrender the fund at the beginning of the campaign, Aarav had said that he had money in his piggy bank and he wanted to contribute from his piggy bank to build the temple.

Anjana Sekhari called upon the people to contribute heavily for the construction of Shri Ram temple. Members of Khand Toli appreciated the spirit of Aarav surrendering funds from Gullak. On the other hand, the residents of Banikhet, Karmchand’s family members contributed Rs 5100, Joginder Singh’s family members contributed Rs 2100 and Khanna Sweet’s owners Gaurav, Munish and Chetan Khanna contributed Rs 2100 on behalf of their families. Naveen Patial, Jogindra Singh, Arun Joshi and Suresh Kumar were included in the block team of the fund surrender campaign.
