Waiting and parking area to be built in the second phase: – After September, in the second phase, a waiting and parking area will be built in the southern part of the Ayodhya railway station for the railway devotees. The railway will start the second phase as soon as the UP government arranges for the land. Railways say that as soon as the first phase is completed, the Ayodhya railway station will increase the capacity of passengers to stay. Dussehra, Ramnavami, Diwali, Fourteen Kosi and Chaurasi Kosi will be able to handle 25 thousand passengers a day on the occasion of Parikrama. But on completion of the second phase, its capacity will be four times and at least one lakh passengers will be able to stay here comfortably. Sanjay Tripathi, Divisional Railway Manager, Lucknow Division of Northern Railway, says that, “On completion of the project, Ayodhya will become the largest railway station in the state accommodating one lakh passengers a day.”

Ayodhya will Cantt Railway Station name Faizabad station: – Since the track double electrified railway in Ayodhya, the Indian Railways, Faizabad station, Acharya Narendra Dev Nagar, Ayodhya station and Ramghat Halt station together is to create a single circuit . It is likely that soon the railway will rename Faizabad station for this circuit to Ayodhya Cantt railway station. The idea of ​​making the circuit has come because devotees coming from the southern and western part of India would like to come to Ayodhya by train. This circuit is being built to handle this large fleet. However, a grand international airport is also being built close to the railway station in the city.
